Problems starting after fuel filter/water separator change

Confirmed spark today with a spark tester.

Id defer to AD but would be thinking confirm injectors are opening

does it cough if starting fluid is shot in there ?

Confirmed spark today with a spark tester.

Assuming this was a blue or white spark (3/8 gap) and it repeated this spark several times as engine was cranking

What we know;
Have spark
Fuel pressure is low but available at 30 psi

Remove flame arrestor, dribble a very small amount of gas down the throttle body. Crank motor and answer does it start or try to?

If it does try, get a Noid light and put on injectors when motor is cranking. Does the Noid light flash as motor is cranking?

I just purchased a basic code reader, its coming tomorrow. I will circle back with any codes it throws.

One thing that I did notice last time I was down at the boat is that while cranking, the Tach goes crazy. Not sure if that is relevant

Disconnect it to test bad tach can kill the ignition

Had a similar post on the GTO forum I frequent where one of the guys installed a Progression Ignition distributor (electronic can change timing curve on an ap), during cranking his tach was going nuts and no spark. turned out he was getting EMF from a failing starter. Progression sent him a new dizzy same results , on a hunch he replaced the starter and everything worked... not saying thats whats happening to you but had everyone stumped for a month or two

Agree with Scott disconnect Tach gray wire
