Prop Advice for Force 120

I've recently aquired a 1981 Glastron Carlson C-500 Metric with a 1989 Force 120 on it. Powerhead had a hole the size of grapefruit blown through it (threw a rod) but I happened to have a 1988 Force 125 in nice shape with no boat to go on.

So here are my questions. I've gotten the motor all together using: powerhead and lower unit from the 1988 Force 125 and the leg and shaft from the 1989 120 (needed the short shaft). Is there a gearing difference between these motors?

And the prop that came with the boat is mangled beyond identification - can someone give me a starting point for this boat/motor combo?

Thanks!

I believe 5250 is max recommended...I think I'd be looking for a 19P.
