i have a 19 ft larson cuddy cabin with a 350 merc i/o in it. and the thing takes a long time to get on a plane, if it could it would just cruise with the bow up and not plane, but with the weight of the passengers a little forward it gets right up there and takes off. any ideas? would planing fins help? the boat does not have trim tabs, all i can work with is the trim of the outdrive.
