Prop shaft thread specs

[Donzi GT250]

Can anybody tell me what the prop shaft thread specs are for a 1989 Cobra drive for 5.7 liter ?
I need to run a die on the threads as I have a burr at the hole for the cotter pin.

Gee thanks for all the replies.
BTW after contacting a local marine tech I believe the tread spec are 3/4x16
