Prop WOBBLES ... Loose Bearing?

I can grab the prop on my 1984 Suzuki DT75 and "rock it" back and forth about 1/8". Not "In & Out" ... Like a tire/wheel on a loose wheel bearing.

I would think that no "play" would be ideal.

I just replaced badly damaged and weak transom My IBOATS restoration thread) and now notice a vibration at certain higher RPM's.

My '84 Johnson 30hp has no movement of any kind ... except rotational of course.

Any Ideas?

Maybe missing a washer/spacer ? Not torqued properly ?
