propeller turn little tight

Hi everyone
I replace all gaskets and seals in lower unit (1987 85 hp), because water was in the oil, and now is turn little tight. No any grinding noise, just little tight, it is normal (because new seals)? or I overtight something. I am afraid to try on the water until I receive the answer

I would re-check and be sure that everything inside is lined up. With the engine in neutral, the prop should turn freely.

Did you retorque every thing to the proper spec's? Sounds like something is not lined up right, usually new seals will have some drag because of the friction,but it shouldn't be to the point of "real hard to turn". I think I would go back in and have a look to make sure something hasn't moved or slipped out of place. Keep us posted on what you find
