Proper inflation for a 2003 Zodiac CFR 310 Activ-V

I am looking for an inflation gauge, but am wondering how to otherwise tell when the pontoons and floor are properly inflated. My foot pump has no selector for high/low pressure. I'm concerned because I've noticed that the top of the transom bends back at higher outboard RPMs (I have a Nissan 9.8 hp).
