What is the recommended rpm range and prop for a 1984 mercury 115hp inline 6:

Rpm range is 5000-5500.Prop size would depend on your boat size and weight.Also your activities may enter into the equation.
If you have a prop tell us the size(usually under the prop nut)T Do a lightly loaded test run get us the wot rpm and speed.

Its a 13 pitch that is on it and we usually go tubeing with this 22 ft pontune...
