Purchase of a 16' Flyer - Ski Boat

I am considering purchasing from my friend this ski boat.
However, I do not have any idea of value, nor does he (it was his son's) - any suggestions?

16' Ski Boat
Larson Flyer
with a 115 Johnson - 2001 - very low hrs
new ignition
new Bimini top
extremely good condition (garage kept)
with excellent - in-water - trailer
