Question about my 1988 dt115

I recently started my boat and water was not filtering through the engine, I checked the water pump and it looked fine. What other problem could it be? Thanks

did you mean flowing? check "pee" hole it might be blocked, run na piece of wire up it. thin coat hanger wire is about right. how do you know water pump is good? don't tell me you dropped lower unit before checking a few easier things first

Check around your water intake too if the pee (telltale) hole is not blocked. You may have to take outer intake screen off. it's not hard.

If it's not blocked, you can also try blowing compressed air with a basketball needle attachment on your compressor nozzle up the pee hole (on your motor that is) insert it all the way.
