Question about stringers

Im redecking a boat and am replacing the stringers too. what is the best adhesive to use to adhere the wood stringer to the fiberglass bottom of the boat?

Are you using Poly or Epoxy?
I have attached some drawings of how I recommend doing it using Poly. I use PL Premium Adhesive and use 1/4" dowels to hold the stringer off the hull while it cures. Takes 48 hours. Make sure to grind the hull so the new glass will adhere properly. You DON'T have to use 1708 on the top of the deck. 3 layers of CSM would be just fine. Tab up the sides of the hull, 2", 4" and finally 6".

Have you checked your transom to ensure it is solid??
