Question on 25hp and 40hp Yamaha tillers

I'm hoping you can give me some helpful information...

I have a 1995 Yahmaha 25hp, 2 stroke oil injection, maual start in good condition. Can you tell me how much it is worth?

I found a 1989 Yahmanha 40hp, 2 stroke oil injection, manual start that I'm thinking about buying. But how much is this worth? It sat in storage for the last 5 years. I would like to move up to a 40hp. My 25 is not quite big enough for my boat.

its really hard to guess what your local market is like, or the condition of the mystery motor.
