question on a speedometer

i just bought a 1989 four winns 170 with a 2.3l in board motor with a omc cobra sterndrive.

my question is about the speedometer setup. On the rear of the boat it looks like a cable coming off the pickup (finger style) is broke where can i get a new on? how hard is it to change? any info would be great. this is my first boat to own and just need a little idea of where to start on this.
