Problem solved i got a new wire harness, and replaced the worst looking coil, just because i had a new one and have taken it out half a dozen times riding and fishing and not one random cut out. I have adjusted and readjusted the floats to level to make sure it is not flooding. But i beleive that is has been fixed i took i out sunday and rode for about 45 min each way and it did not act up. When i went to leave it was flooded and hard to start but it did. Ran fine on the way home.
Before when i was messing with the carbs it would have a shudder ot about mid throttle where it was like i was loosing a cyl, i figured it was flooding out. I did not get this this weekend but then again i was not trying to make it do it. I did not try to make it do this other thing but it will do it every now and then where it will cut off when returning to idle to fast and sometimes will not restart for 1 min or so but will run fine after started, its almost like it floods, but this is minor as it always restarts and if i slow down and am concious not to return it to slow idle befor the motor slows on its own gradually it will avoid it.
