I have a 1962 Johnson, outboard motor, on the bottom of the Boat there are several cracks, and a Quarter Size hole, the hole does not go all the way thru, I have yet to get it on water because of that and the cracks, Any suggestions on how to repair the holes without spending a fortune, and cutting up the boat, is there any thing i can put on to seal the Holes and Cracks
Please help, want to get it in Water before Summer is over. Thanks to anybody who can help

mite spend a small fortune on marine-tex if'n you need alot...

make your own...

thin encapsulating/laminating epoxy ( west systems ) mix up a small amount add in fillers... silica ,, micro balloons.. to a peanut butter putty...

if you go to clark craft ... they sell mohogany colored micro balloons...
