quick question on removing the foot on a 25hp evinrude

at least I think its a 25hp engine. was kinda dark last night when I was taking the pic.

just need to know if there's a pin holding the foot to the powerhead on this engine as we need to replace the water pump.

or do you just unbolt it and it drops off?

If the question is do you have to disconnect the shift rod, the answer is yes. Remove the water intake screens and you will find the disconnect.
