Quicksilver 3000 direct replacement options

I have a 1999 Chaparral 205 LE, Alpha one Gen 2
With a merc inboard 5.0

My quicksilver 3000 has went bad. Need to replace it. Mine has gen1 cables. Would anyone know a modern day direct exchange for it?

I see the Seastar chx8052P may be an option but not sure. Any help would really be appreciated.
