Also, regarding entrapment, I hear that a lot and it's false. The definition of entrapment (plesase correct me if I'm wrong my cop buddies here) is getting or influencing someone to do something illegal that they would not normally do. For example, say an unmarked officer pulled up next to you and provoked you into racing him from a stoplight, then after he got you to do it he pulled you over for street racing or speeding, that's entraptment. Getting caught in a hidden speed trap is not. Correct?

I don't refer to a poorly marked stretch of road where the speed limit drops to 25MPH, and a patrol car camps out for hours at a time, entrapment.<br /><br />I call it a PROFIT CENTER!
