that place is dead. died before 1980, only mud fish ! walk around the bay you'll sink in muck /oil/ garbage -all dumped before reaching the sea by NY garbage barges YOU MAY GET LUCKY IF THE FISH ARE LOST! feel the pain.

It?s actually pretty clean and you can catch Bass, Blues, Flounder, Weakfish and Blackfish depending on the season. There are also many other species the frequent the bay but are considered nuisance fish. Occasionally tropicals find there way up there in the summer.

Not much mud on the shore line unless you go up into the rivers.
