RD14 Flywheel Torque

I'm resurrecting a 25, did coils, impeller, fuel pump and went through the carb. I just need to tighten the flywheel and see what happens, the motor has been in the family since the early 60's and I've carted it from house to house for over 30 yrs, time to wake up and play again.

The flywheel torque for the 25HP is 60 to 65 foot pounds, or 720 to 780 inch pounds.
