re 77 Johnson no F/R update

I pulled the prop and found the shear pin to be in 3 pieces.<br /><br />Before pulling the prop I tried turning it and everything moved.<br /><br />Anyone care to guess if the prop is spun or was my problem more likely the just the shear pin? <br /><br />Thanks <br />Jim
