I'm replaceing the stator on my 1989 200 hp Johnson. The new stator and the old stator are wired a little different. The new stator has two orange wires coming from the location where two brown wires with a plug in type connector is coming from on the old stator. ( I know, it's confuseing me too)Does anyone know if this is a re-design or do I just have the wrong stator? Everything else about the two are relatively the same other than the locations of those two sets of wires.
