Going to hone and re-ring an old 150 Crossflow. I plan on using a Flex-Hone and to follow that up with a plateau brush. I have a factory manual and it states to "use a medium grit cylinder hone to resurface walls". The Flex-Hones I see mostly come in 120, 240, and 320 grits. Is it safe to say that the 240 is what OMC would consider "medium"? This motor is a 1990 Evinrude 150XP TE150SLESB. Thanks for any replies.
