Ready for spring!

OK, enough of the winter thing I am ready for spring. <br /><br />Last week was in the 50's and 60's, record highs for this area. Saturday was in the high 60's, then sunday morning was in the 50's again. By afternoon it was raining complete with thunder and lightening. Then it started hailing, then it iced up and turned to snow. That night the snow turned to a dry powder snow, and the wind came up. Started blowing 30 to 40mph with 50 to 60mph gusts. Since then it has been long nights of searching for morons who need to drive to get their beer or pretzels or whatever, digging people out, and taking accident reports. <br /><br />The temp is only down in the low 20's, but that wind has not let up until late last night. Been a steady 30mph minimum since Sunday evening. <br /><br />I don't know how much snow we ended up with but there are 4 to 5 foot drifts in town, 6 to 8 foot drifts out in the county. Now it is snowing again!<br /><br />I have had enough winter for one year, ready for spring.

Me too!<br />We had our first snow yesterday. It almost covered the lawn and was gone by 3PM! <br />Enough is Enough I say ;) <br /><br />I'll say it for you you deputy:<br />Bite ME! :D :D

Speaking of bite me . . .<br /><br />Let me check . . . Bummer, we're having a cold snap, I think it is just over 60 and . . . yup . . . sky's still blue . . . :D

They're talking about the first measureable snow here tonight...I can't wait! :D If it doesn't snow here at my house I'm going to drive up into the hills and find some somewhere.... :) <br /><br />Edit: They just said 3-5 inches possible...YEEEHAAWWWW! :D

lol ZmOz, I'm glad someone else feels the way I do about snow. We had 4 inches here last Friday, then it all melted in one day.....But like you we are looking at snow tonight!!!!

D Dawg all you needed was a sand storm to make things complete. Thats what we got. Ill swap my left over sand for any kind of moisture now, lwr
