I noticed that the Lund SportTrak is very much like the system on my old Wareagle.
And since on the 2010 Rebel Lund does not give the customer any of the $30 brackets, here is my redneck answer.

Buy 5/16 carriage bolts. My rod holders need 1 inch long. Carriage bolts have a round head and then square corners under the head. Carefully grind or cut off one side of the head down to the flat under the head. Grinding deeper on the top of the bolt will help. Hold the flat side up, hook the bottom of the bolt head into the SportTrak and flip it up and in. This will give you one lip on the bottom of the SportTrak.

Looking from the thread end of the bolt, with the now flat side up, grind off the upper left and the bottom right corner of the square under the head. Once you place the bolt into the SportTrak, this will allow you to twist the bolt 90 degrees and no more. This will give you a lip top and bottom and keeps the bolt from spinning as you put on nuts. I use wing nuts and a washer, all stainless.

You can also use ? inch bolts that will give you one lip to hold but they will turn in the SportTrak.
