Finally got all my parts to rebuild the entire fuel system (Carbs, new high speed jets, fuel pump, new lines, tees, etc...) Going to start digging into this on Thursday night since I have Friday off. Decided to replace the reeds while I'm at it and will have easy access to the intake manifold. I used to race motocross and know that 2 cycle carbs are pretty simple but have never done reeds before.

I have the seloc online manual which is very good but not too detailed on reed valve replacement. I bought a set of boyesen reeds for my engine. Any gotchas or things I need to look out for?

Thanks in advance too anyone providing good info!

Just follow the instruction's that came with the reed's, don't vary from these. You will like the result.

Ok thanks. Will post results. The instructions appear to be well written and you can even call boyesen for technical support if need be.
