Hi, I have a new PTT motor on order, but before fitting I would like to drain exisiting hydraulic fluid an replace.
As a newbie to PTT motors can you advise what fluid I should install in
Yamaha 50HP 62F L 500xxx 1993.
I read on earlier posts that there is a PTT fluid filling point somewhere on the
assembly, is fluid hand sqeezed into reservoir or do you require some sort of pump ??
How do I drain fluid?
When I removed the old PTT motor, there was a circular foam filter that sat
on top of the gear pump assembly, can this be washed and reused or should I buy new.
