Refurbishing an old windshield

I had really good results today using Meguiar's #10 and #17 plastic cleaner and polish, can't remember which number goes with which, refurbishing the windshield on the boat I'm restoring. Not wanting to plug anything here, just let those facing the same situation know what works really well. Still have some scratches, but otherwise it looks almost brand new and no cloudiness. Easy application, just like waxing/polishing a car or boat...cost was easy to live with, too. Less than $25 and barely put a dent in either bottle of stuff, will have this around to use for awhile. Anyway, just sharing a good experience with a good product.

Yeah I used it too, it does work well but my windshield could use another treatment again this year. Takes some time if you do the 3 step process and follow the directions it really does work well.

By 3 step process, you mean cleaner, polish and detailer? That's what I seem to remember from the label directions on the cleaner and polish...or is there a 3 step process that I missed?

Back when I flew, there was a product I think was made by Bendix that preformed miricles on acrylic windshields. Call your local aircraft mechanic.
