Regal Fastrac LSR 1900

I just found a Regal Fastrac LSR 1900 at a price I cant walk away from and i may be going to look at it this weekend (3 hr drive)
I've had a few outboard boats, but never any inboard. So I have no idea what to look for as a problem.
If it looks good, I will take it and get it checked out by a pro.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of known issues with these boats, or warning signs I could see myself.

Need more info...what year, which engine and drive? Post a link to it and we can give more feedback yet.

Check carefully for soft spots and rot. A number of Regals have been on here needing rebuilt.

Regal's usually come with Merc- Alpha drive, or Volvo engine. condition, condition, condition... Merc's are easiest to find parts for.. if it does not have either of these engines in it.. Id be shocked....... its all about condition, service and care............

Their Fastrac hull gives a very nice ride and usually performs well. It is a well built boat. As stated above, it depends on the maintenance and condition to determine used value, but it started off better than most.
