Yep, you are right, Bondo. But this thread just goes to show how many people do the wrong thing, knowing they are doing the wrong thing, and still think it is OK. Granted, some people smoke their whole life and die from a hunting accident. Doesn't mean that smoking is an OK thing to do.
Same goes for the tires on trailers.
