rejetting needed ??

i'm rebuilding a 140 (1978) and i'm going .020 over on 3 of the holes the 4th is standard do i need to rejet the carbs ?? thanks Jason

If the carbs are clean and working properly you won't have to rejet simply for going oversize.

alright thanks does this apply for all engines even if you go lets say .060 over ?? just wondering so i wont have to ask again lol...the carbs will be cleaned and rebuilt..thanks again

.030 and over require next size. .044 and .064 also stepped up.
