89-J70TLCEM- Want to remove exhaust manifold cover and clean debrie and replace with new gasket,can not get the lower 2 bolts out,does not appear to be enuff room. what do i do? thank you for your time,novice boater--rbass--ps please help
x2 on drilling holes, I do it often on older 15 hp models that have the T-stat on the bottom. They make plastic snap plugs available at any hardware store that look very "factory" and come in several colors.
