So I got the wrong manual, I’ve ordered the correct one. I have the 1.6 bracket but got a manual for a 2.0. Anyway I’m hoping someone has done this before; I want to try to remove just the Select Tilt Trim unit from this 2nd bracket I own. I’ve got the four bolts off but I’m wondering how to get the “swivel pin” out of the ram itself, what holds it on. My guess is I’m supposed to drive the pin from the starboard towards port side. I just want some confirmation before I start beating on this 30 year old bracket, lol.
