Unless you know for sure the bellows have been replaced recently, it is time to replace them again. It's pretty much that simple. By bellows, plural, I mean the drive bellows and the shift bellows. You can leave the exhaust bellows alone.
You would be surprised how difficult it can be to find the pin hole or tear that is causing the water intrusion. It is time to remove the variables and simply replace the drive bellows as a regular maintenance item.
I examined the bellow to the best I could and did not see any tears, holes of any kind.
