Repair Advice needed

Hi

My diving club has a RIB that has been vandalized . It has received 3 stab wounds to the port side tube.

Any advice on how to repair the damage is greatly appreciated. I've read that a patch on the inside is needed but that is all I know about how to repair this type of damage.

The ruler in the attached images is in centimeters.

Hi,

I would say this needs a professional. I can't believe anyone would do this? The person or persons who did this are despicable.

I am sorry we have to live in a world where people do this kind of thing.

The stab cuts looks very small, to place interior patches would need to wider the cuts a bit to work and patch inside then outside. This is generally for larger cuts, tear offs, just place small patches well guled on tube exterior, use appropriate 2 parts glue pvc or hypalon, whichever is applicable. Or take to any boat repair facility that knows their job if wanting perfectly done.
