replaced a cracked line on outboard now what? Bleed the line?

I recently Replaced a cracked line, I wasn’t sure if it was a gas line or oil line but from the reply’s on this forum it appears to be an oil line. Now I have been reading that I need to bleed the line to eliminate any air bubbles. Is this the screw that I use to bleed the line? (See in picture) and is this the oil pump?
