Replacement plugs Mercury Optimax

I have a 2000 200hp Mercury Saltwater Optimax engine. The engine has been used for 3 seasons (2001-03) and I'm wondering how long the platinum plugs last? I put around 80 hours a seson on the engine. Also, what plug would you replace the current plugs??
