I broke a window in my 1991 bayliner. My plan is to make a template and have one cut, but it hasnt been the easiest thing to do. The frame is not completely stiff. The top part of the frame is only atached on one side by a screw, so it has some play with the size of the window. Also, I thought that the window should go to the edge of the frame, but there is a support that connects with a screw that would keep the glass from going to the edge of the frame on one side. How close to the edge of the frame should the wwindow be? Is there an easier way to go about this?
