I am so glad I don't have drum brakes. Headaches I no longer have.

Are the tie downs that bad?
My experience was with Tie Down Disk brakes and I am not the only one. Changed mine out to Kodiaks after only one year. Warped rotors, stuck calipers and lug studs snapping.

I believe you'll find that the parts distributed by Kodiak Trailer Components inc. are manufactured by Titan.

I too did the drum on one axle to discs on both axles conversion. Installed the Kodiak Dacromet coated calipers and rotors. Conversion was super easy to do (removing old backing plates was hardest part) The conversion has worked flawlessly for 3 years now and braking performance is so superior, it's amazing. After the 3 years, the Kodiaks still look new.
