I have a 1985 115 Mercury and discovered a leak on one of the fuel line tubing leading from the lower enrichener valves. My engine is the inline 6 cylinder with the enrichment circuit (three valves/carbs at the front of the engine. I need to replace the tubing coming out of the lower valve but can't figure out how to get to it?

What is the best way to get to that area? Do I need to remove the front panel off the engine (where the cowling snaps) or do I take off the starter?

I have the Mercury book but it doesn't mention how to reach that area.
Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ed--
