Replacing Winch Strap

I just bought a 1995 Bayliner Capri LS and want to replace the winch strap. I bought one that has a 4k breaking strength and 1167 lb working load. Do I need to get the 10K breaking strength strap instead?

The 4000lb. strap should be more than enough to retrieve your boat and secure it to the trailer. Good Luck!

Ayuh,... It's only for dragging the hull up the trailer, Not Lifting the Whole Thing...

2 tons is Plenty...
