*****Repowering from carb Volvo 5.7 to a EFI 5.7 Wiring harness help please!******

So I am getting down to the final stages of getting my 1995 Volvo Penta 5.7Gi engine installed and I am not sure how the engine actually connects to the boat...... The engine has a large circular female plug, and my boat has a smaller white square plug.

I did some searching and wanted to know if this is the correct adaptor I need? Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
