hello. i have a 3 cylinder 40 yamaha 86 model. when i am driving in smooth water at top speed the engine holds its revs,but when i drive across a little rough water the revs drop out and i have to back off the power to gain revs again.it sounds like one of the coils cuts out. the rough water is enough to bounce the boat around a little,but nothing to be a real problem.<br />any ideas......CHEERS.
