Wow, that is so cool, so you glassed the inside of the insulation board? And you glassed the outside of the insulation/aluminum tape as well (to the stringers)? How big is your livewell? How long did it take you to build this? Thanks for your input...

first i taped the box to the bottom of the stringers from underneath ( the stringers are above the box, they are the dark dark strip you can see around the top of the inside of the box) the foam itself is non-load bearing but is bonded to the inside layers of glass.. the inside dimensions of the box are
19"L x 9"W x 8"D if you crunch the numbers I think its about
6 gal. I put 2 of these in the stern casting deck of my boat in an easy weekend, could be done in a day.

Hint: I had to peel one side of the foil off to expose the foam. Sometimes it fights back and leaves paper behind stuck to the foam. To get a nice clean tear I took the heat gun, and respirator, and heated the foil slightly, this let the foil and paper come off in one clean swipe, leaving a nice smooth faom surface to work with~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I get it, so you built it to fit inbetween the "stringers" of the bow and taped it to hole in place to the bow and then glassed it in. Great idea to glass it to the boat so that it will always be added strength to the boat.

I am interested in how you will plumb this now. I would like to see what kind of aeration system you will put in, if any. You told me your depression in the upper corner is for drainage. Are you gonna plumb it to the outside of the hull? How are you going to wire it to the battery? Just a few questions to see how it works out. Please take pictures as you plumb it so I can see how it is done. Thanks, and it looks really sharp...Great work so far.
