I have more than 1 of these motors.----If a motor is STUCK , it comes apart for inspection.-----I have a multitude of parts to replace rusted bearings and such.----New and used crankshafts on the shelf.

Post pictures of parts , if / when you have it apart.----Great opportunity to learn about these wonderful motors.

Someone was in there, scraping Carbon off the Pistons.
Dropping the Gear Case might reveal if it, or the Powerhead is the Problem. Odds of both being Seized are low.

Parts are easy to find and not to expensive if you up to task and hand. They are great motors and worth saving in my opinion.
