This probably goes without saying but anyone who is considering *****.net for parts, think again!
Granted they have some good prices but that's just text!
Long Story Short: They took my order WITHOUT having parts in stock. They kept sending me "updates" 2 or 3 times per day all saying the same thing, that my items were backordered.
Everytime I emailed they would ignore it. When I called, they said the same thing evey time: parts will be in in 2 days.
They then told me once that BRP is out of stock as well as 4 other vendors, that was a lie!
I finally cancelled. They still kept sending me the "updates" and never did cancel until I sent 6 emails in a row and they finally cancelled... then guess what? They charged me anyway days AFTER I said to cancel and not to ship anything.
Oh, and I ordered from BRP and all shipped next day.
I usually search for reviews but it was a small order... afterwards I did search for reviews and there are plenty of bad ones!
ALSO: How in the heck do you order form iboats?? When you do a search it comes up with tables of parts and thats it. Also if you search for EXACT part number you get nothing! For example, I need a flywheel to crank key, part number is 307480... or 0307480 and search result come up with NOTHING! Where do you search for part numbers?!?!
