Hello to All. Got out for the first time this year and when doing some checks I noticed my engine was running cold to the touch. I assume my stat is shot. I've never had the stat out before and was wondering what all I need to order to replace it. I looked at a parts diagram and it shows a gasket and O rings. Anyone know what I need beyond the stat? I'm out of town till Thursday and my boy wants to pick up the boat Friday so I have one night to get it right. Thanks, Rick.

It could be a broken pressure relief spring on that motor

Well I went to the nearest dealer today and they had the gasket and stat and that was all. I'll have to hope the stat is the problem. Could be worse, I'm not running too hot LOL.
Thanks, Rick.

If you havent seen it, its the spring before you reach the thermostat
