Good morning, having problems with thunderbolt <br />ignition system on 1972, 4 cyl 80 hp and you were refered as the local expert. Do you have any info on the distributor specs? Does it zero output on firing a cylinder and at what current.
Check this link out. I think it will help you. web page <br />Instead of using a DVA adapter, Use a multimeter set to the AC scale. Multiply the reading by 1.414 and it should be what a DVA would read. Hope this helps.
