Sea Foaming for Outboards

I have a 1986 75HP merc and I want to seafoam it due to some bogging issues.
I posted awhile ago and someone posted a formula for sea foaming for the carbs,,,I was wondering if anyone out there can give me some instructions for this,,,,they were a little different from the can,,thats why i am asking.
