Why not try the small tank with only a 50:1 mix, no Seafoam? See what happens.

I do think you have a problem with the main tank or plumbing.

Ran boat on lake today 93 octane with octane booster, in separate tank to rule out tank and plumbing. Only 3900 rpms. Any idea why it runs better with the Seafoam mix . Running out of ideas here.

Id imagine you will need a petrochemist to answer that. Maybe it does something to the carbon atoms.
Its a shame that doesnt happen when you add water

Update . After more troubleshooting ran across the lake lost all ignition. Stator took a dump. Maybe this has been my whole issue. Any thoughts ?

One way to find out is when you replace that stator, why a dying/weakened spark would like seafoam more i wouldnt know

Maybe it was just a feeling of running better?

Glad you got her running good again.
